Virgin Radio UK Multicast
The Virgin Radio UK global multicast stream is provided as an experimental service by the University of Southampton with permission from Virgin Radio. For more information about this radio station, visit http://www.virginradio.co.uk/.
Both global IPv4 (GLOP) and IPv6 (Embedded RP) versions of the stream are available:

To listen to the stream, you need a multicast enabled audio player. Here is a list of players that are known to work:
- QuickTime Player 7 (IPv4 only)
- VideLAN Client 0.8.4 (IPv4 and IPv6)
If you manage to get any of the streams working in another player, please let us know. Virgin Radio is reflected from satellite Eurobird 1using dvbshout.
Windows Media multicast streams
Windows Media multicast streams are also now available directly from Virgin Radio:
